1st Ave is a research and development division of Ken Collins Marketing. If you share a need, we collect your note and, only if you choose to provide it and consent to contact, your email address.
How we use it
We use submissions to understand problems and evaluate potential solutions. We may contact you about your submission only with your permission. We do not publish your submission or automatically enroll you in marketing.
Proposed-resource updates
If you sign up on a proposed resource’s validation page, the form asks for your explicit permission to email you about that specific resource’s validation and to notify you if it becomes available after development and release. This does not subscribe you to unrelated product announcements. Availability is not guaranteed. Availability notices include an unsubscribe link; you may also reply to ask us to stop contacting you.
How we protect it
Submissions are stored privately and reviewed by the owner. The form does not require an account. Please do not include health, financial, legal, account, or other sensitive information. We use a one-way, temporary identifier derived from the submitting network address to limit spam; the raw address is not stored with the submission.
Your choices
You may share a need without an email address. Signing up for email updates on a proposed resource’s validation page requires an email address and the consent shown on that form. We use submissions for research and operational purposes. If we contact you, you can reply to ask us to stop contacting you.
